The Challenge
Create a unified visual identity for the newly consolidated early careers division, merging graduate recruitment, apprenticeships, and central services schemes into one campaign.

The Solution
Building on the brand elements we originally developed for DWF’s careers identity—such as gradients and illustrative styling—we created a distinct visual system to promote their early careers offering. The identity blends bold illustration with diverse, authentic imagery to reflect the support, development, and growth opportunities DWF provides to new starters.
