The Challenge
Womble Bond Dickinson tasked us with bringing their Build-to-Rent report to life for launch alongside a high-profile event sponsorship. The brief called for a bespoke design approach that felt fresh and distinctive while staying true to the brand’s overall look and tone, and for complex topics to be presented in an engaging, accessible way.

The Solution
Epigram developed multiple bespoke design concepts to explore creative directions which pushed the brand while remaining true to it’s core identity. The chosen concept was then built out into a digital Foleon publication format, featuring animated charts, engaging, interactive features and clean, report-style navigation. We also created a downloadable PDF version of the report and a set of social media cards to extend the report’s reach and visibility.

The Result
The final publication delivered a distinctive, on-brand report that elevated Womble Bond Dickinson’s visual presence and stood apart from previous editions. It reinforced their thought-leadership positioning while bespoke social media cards aided the promotion of the report across various social platforms for maximum reach.
